Prilixa provides a utility payment and mobile recharge software interface coupled with a tier-based partner cashback system. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notifications.
3. User Accounts & Verification
To unlock transactions and payouts, you must maintain a valid, active user account. By registering, you explicitly agree to:

4. Partner Program Policy
Users participating in our affiliate partner rewards program must adhere strictly to fair use regulations. Automated scripts, fake profile signups, and spamming partner codes on public forums represent violations. Breaches will result in immediate profile banning, forfeiture of all wallet ledger balances, and account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Prilixa, its directors, partners, system providers, or affiliates be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, wallet commission delays, or transaction errors arising from telecom API downtimes.
6. Membership Fees & Refund Policy
Access to all payments, recharges, smart bill calculations, and affiliate reward benefits requires purchasing a platform membership.
Membership fees are fully refundable within **7 days** of purchase, provided that **no platform services (recharges, utility payments, smart bills) have been used, and no referral commission activity has been generated**. Any account activity involving transaction placement immediately renders the membership fee non-refundable.
