Prilixa requires users to purchase a portal membership to unlock recharge services, utility payments, smart bills, and participating in our affiliate program. This fee is a setup and registration payment for full portal access.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** on your platform membership fee. If you decide that Prilixa is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund of your membership fee within **7 days** from your initial purchase.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of request validation.
3. Refund Exclusions & Service Activity
To prevent system abuse, our refund policy strictly excludes accounts that have utilized platform services.
No Refund for Used Services
If you perform **any utility transaction, mobile recharge, smart bill payment, or generate affiliate commission activity**, your platform membership becomes instantly non-refundable, even if requested within the 7-day window.
Once a recharge or utility transaction is dispatched to the telecom or billing API, it is final. There are absolutely no cancellations or refunds for successfully processed recharges or utility payments.
